Nelly is a lovely woman. She was very knowledge and she offered me other services to help fix my skin issues! I will be returning.

My experience was amazing! The hospitality and the care was absolutely amazing. Nellie was great. Very comforting and hospitable. Mind you, my face feels very hydrated and soft. Highly recommend.

I chose Charnel spa because I liked that Nelly had her esthetician training and education in Europe. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable she was and her overall experience in the field. Not only was she very sweet and personable, but she gave an excellent facial and massage that I did not want to end ! Additionally, you get to lay on a PEMF mat for the service which was an awesome addition. I can’t wait to go back !

I just had a facial at the spa with Nelly and she was absolutely beautiful and very knowledgeable a little pricey but it was worth the $180 I spent
I did not want to get up out of the chair I was almost asleep

Absolutely amazing experience! I will definitely be back. The facial and massage were so relaxing, and I loved that they use organic products. Everything smelled incredible and left me feeling refreshed, pampered, and rejuvenated. The atmosphere was peaceful, welcoming, and truly a perfect self-care experience. Highly recommend!

Nelly did such an amazing job on our couples acne facials, she talked about what is causing our skin to flare up & what will help to continue to keep our skin looking hydrated & clear after our appointment! She is the sweetest soul & made us comfortable during the whole process.
